This was one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. I have never experience more unprofessional, rude, entitled, demanding, disorganized and duplicitous behavior. I live in Newport Beach California, so that is saying a lot. Greg was unspeakably rude. I’ve not been spoken to like that in a very long time. I inherited properties under really tragic circumstances and live out of state. I needed help in very difficult time. I made that very clear from the outset and was sold something very different than what I received. It seems as soon as I signed the contract it was a Jeckle and Hyde switch. The level misinformation poor communication and disorganization alone was shocking. It started to feel like a money grab or even a scam. He kept demanding money from me without estimates to substantiate the cost. Once I actually got real estimates from another company it does appear that they were fabricating some of the requested repairs. Basically it looks like they were going to get money from me for things that didn’t need to be repaired and not fix what actually needed to be fixed. I had to fire the company after just a few weeks. The made a hard time even more brutal. While they are a bit cheaper than other companies, you get what you pay for. I switched to Colorado Realty and Property Management and they are absolutely amazing. Beyond what I could have ever hoped. Save yourself the money, headache and abuse and stay away from Colorado RHH. If you want to see their real reviews look at their subreddit. I’d be very skeptical of the Osiris reviews. Probably friends and family posting fake ones. This company is awful.

Nick at Happy Homes is hands down one of the best realtors I’ve worked with. He knows the market inside and out and gave solid advice that helped me make the right decisions. His communication was top tier—always quick to respond and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He made the entire buying/selling process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. There are several words to describes Nick as a person and as a professional but 3 stand out: Exceptional, receptive, and kind. From the start of working with him, to closing on our first house, Nick cared about what we wanted and needed in a house. He was never too pushy about any detail or aspect about the process. It was my wife and mine's first experience looking at homes and he made it as easy as possible. Towards the end of closing, he even took a small pay cut on his end to make sure the deal went through. He's super detail oriented and always has a proactive approach with his clients and title/escrow in communicating all details and special circumstances throughout the transaction.
