Nick was amazing helping sell our home and making our next step in life come true. With the few, lets just say Hiccups (big ones) we came across with selling a Condo with the current HOA obstacles he was a PRO. Nick is the best realtor I have ever had. He took care of everything. Nick replaced light bulbs, helped me swap out door hardware and brought in a great interior designer. He paid for two hours of her time. I followed every recommendation Nick and Lisa made. My house was under contract in 30 days. What a great experience.
