When you buy or sell a home with Happy Homes as your originating and representing real estate agent, Happy Homes will donate 20% of its earned gross commission to Art from Ashes following the successful closing and funding of your transaction.

To qualify, registration at happyhomesinco.com/afa must be completed prior to entering into a buyer or seller representation agreement with Happy Homes. This program applies to Colorado real estate transactions only. Referral-based transactions and out-of-state purchases are not eligible. Clients relocating out of state remain eligible provided Happy Homes represents the sale of their Colorado property.

This program and its donation percentage are subject to change at any time. The current 20% rate is guaranteed for transactions closing on or before August 17, 2028, after which terms may be updated. Registered participants will be notified of any material changes via the email provided at registration.

This donation is made by Happy Homes directly to Art from Ashes and is not a rebate, credit, or reduction in commission to the client. This program is offered independently of any lending partner. Happy Homes and REAL Brokerage are not affiliated with Art from Ashes.
